It will take about 30-days (in most cases 21-days) to process Myanmar VoA since the company has to deal with several government departments that are now located in Nay Pyi Taw, the regime’s new administrative center. Visa-on-Arrival Requirements (As of 1st November 2007)

Basically, the company has to submit the application form together with confirmed itinerary and detailed travel arrangements, bank statements, and curriculum vitae of the accompanying tour guide to two different ministries. Thus, it is a requirement to take a package tour to apply VoA service through Santa Maria. It doesn’t mean to take the services that you don’t need (e.g. meals, or daily guide services) but it must be a planned itinerary (as we need to answer where you are at when authorities ask) and certain services must be purchased from us (e.g. hotels and transport services, and tour guide service at least in Yangon).

Following particulars are required from each passenger:

1. Full Name

5. Nationality

7. Passport Number
8. Passport Date of Issue
9. Passport Validity
10. Date of Birth
11. Place of Birth
12. Occupation
13. Address

These are the additional requirements:

1. Your scanned passport copy (the first page where the photo is affixed) to be sent by email
2. Scanned (or taken by digital camera) passport size color photo of each person so that we can print out here attach with the VOA application form
3. Your arrival and departure flight details (¹Airline, ²Flight Number, and ³Departure & ⁴Arrival Timings)
4. PNR (Passenger Name Registration) Number, which is a sort of code that you can obtain from your ticketing agent when you book the air tickets
